The Corgi Manager runs a tight ship, and all operations are strictly documented below. Please read carefully before submitting a ticket.

Shipping & Fulfillment

All Incorgnito Mode gear is custom-minted exactly when you order it (Print-on-Demand). Because we do not keep a massive warehouse of inventory, please allow time for our production servers to compile your gear.

  • Production Time: 2-3 business days.
  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 2-5 business days after production.
  • Note: The manager refuses to work weekends, so shipping estimates apply to business days only.

The Return Policy

Because every piece of apparel and drinkware is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or process exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues. Please consult the sizing charts on the product pages before finalizing your deployment.

Defective Hardware Exceptions: If your gear arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, the Corgi Manager will immediately authorize a free replacement or a full refund.

  • The Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a defect claim. Your eligibility window will never expire before your item actually arrives.
  • How to Initiate a Return: Do not send the item back immediately. Send an email to our support desk (listed below) with a clear photograph of the defect and your order number.
  • Processing Timelines: Once the manager reviews your photographic evidence, replacement orders or refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
